Messages exceeding your hourly or daily limit will be queued and sent once the limit resets. You won't lose any messages. If you consistently need higher limits, we recommend upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, all plans come with a free trial period so you can test the full capabilities of the platform before committing. No credit card required to start your trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
